Who We Are
Ghost Hosts is a two-brain advisory team: operations and systems on one side, design and revenue on the other. Together, we help STR/MTR operators install Ghost OS—our productized operating system—and then customize it so your business runs simpler and clearer.
We're not a solo consultant. We're not another software tool. We're a high-touch advisory firm that brings both a proven framework (Ghost OS) and ongoing leadership (Fractional COO/CRO) to operators who are tired of the chaos.
Most STR/MTR operators hit a wall around 50 units. They're working 70+ hours a week, can't take a vacation, and adding more properties feels dangerous instead of exciting.
